At Capitole we continue to grow and we want to do it with youWe are looking for a Support Engineer who will play a key role in the operational maintenance of our technological solutions deployed on-site (Linux edge servers) and in the Azure cloud.You will ensure monitoring, diagnostics, and rapid incident resolution to guarantee service reliability and availability.What will you do?Perform SSH interventions to analyze logs, identify anomalies, and restart services as needed.Automate service checks using Shell and Python scripts.Improve monitoring by developing KPIs on Grafana.Provide support for Azure ML cloud platform dedicated to Data and GenAI projects.Collaborate with technical teams to escalat e incidents and implement corrective actions.Mandatory RequirementsEngineering degree or equivalent in IT, systems, or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting is essential.Experience with Linux.Knowledge of IoT Edge architectures and Data & A platforms is a plus.Strong service orientation, rigor, autonomy, and good communication skills.Location: Alicante (Hybrid).
