Your mission? Drive patient acquisition, strengthen referral networks, and elevate our brand presence across your state. You will build authentic relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and corporate partners, helping more people access world‑class fertility care.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement state‑based business development plans aligned with national growth objectivesIdentify and pursue new referral sources, market segments, and partnership opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with referring clinicians, allied health professionals, and community organisationsRepresent City Fertility at professional conferences, networking events, and community forums as a brand ambassadorDeliver targeted educational and engagement events for healthcare professionals and community audiencesMonitor referral trends, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness; provide regular performance reportsCollaborate with State Operations Managers and clinical teams to align business development activities with operational capacityEnsure compliance with RTAC standards, NHMRC guidelines, privacy laws, and ethical marketing practicesUtilise CRM systems to manage stakeholder engagement and maintain accurate data recordsSupport implementation of corporate fertility benefit programmes and workplace wellness initiativesProvide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic planningWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing within healthcare or related sectors, with proven growth outcomesExceptional relationship management and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and empathy in stakeholder engagementStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with ability to interpret data and market trends to drive decision‑makingProficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and digital communication platformsCurrent driver’s licence and ability to travel regularly within the assigned stateWhy Join Us?At City Fertility, you’ll join a progressive, people‑centred organisation that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
