Y sí… probablemente conozcas a compañeros que acabarán siendo amigos para toda la vida.**Lo Que Harás en Tu Día a Día**Como **Inside Partner Business Manager**, serás asesor/a de referencia, impulsor/a del crecimiento y el nexo clave entre nuestra marca y nuestros partners:- Construir relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo como su punto de contacto principal. - Ayudar a los partners a generar leads, acelerar oportunidades y aumentar ingresos. -Crear planes de negocio conjuntos alineados con las tendencias del mercado y los objetivos mutuos. -Formar y capacitar a los partners para que vendan mejor, más rápido y con más impacto. -Asesorarles en su expansión a nuevos mercados, sectores o regiones. -Monitorizar KPIs clave —pipeline, revenue, rendimiento del partner— y promover la mejora continua.Un rol estratégico, dinámico y muy orientado a relaciones —perfecto para quien disfruta del ritmo del sector tecnológico.**Lo Que Aportas**Buscamos mentes curiosas, personas con ganas de aprender y perfiles que eleven el nivel.Esto es lo que te hará destacar:* Bilingüe o muy buen nivel de **español y catalán**, además de **inglés avanzado**.* De 1 a 2 años en un rol comercial o de ventas (punto extra si vienes del mundo IT/B2B).* Familiaridad con el portfolio de **hardware y soluciones de HP**.* Conocimiento del ecosistema del canal y de cómo funcionan los partners.* Mentalidad de crecimiento y ganas de destacar en un entorno ágil y dinámico.Preséntate igual —el potencial cuenta tanto como la experiencia.**Lo Que Te Ofrecemos**Hacemos las cosas de forma diferente —y eso incluye cómo invertimos en nuestro talento:* 39h/semana, contrato indefinido (L–V, 09:00–18:00).* 22.100 € brutos/año + hasta 3.200 € en bonus.* Seguro médico privado.* Tarjeta restaurante.* Oficina en el centro de **Barcelona**, bien comunicada y con muy buen ambiente.* Formación totalmente pagada + cursos especializados + programas sólidos de desarrollo profesional.Un trabajo que crece contigo —no al revés.Si te motivan las personas, te mueve el crecimiento y quieres dejar huella en el sector tecnológico, queremos conocerte.**Únete a Concentrix y ayuda a impulsar las marcas del mañana.**Location:ESP Barcelona - C/ de la Selva de Mar, 129Language Requirements:English (Required), Spanish (Required)Time Type:Full time**If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the**# **Mission:**### Hi, we're Concentrix.
