Kiteris es una empresa joven y ágil dedicada a brindar servicios de gestión de servicios y proyectos TI de integración de software, basados en la entrega de excelencia, la calidad de nuestro equipo y la aportación de valor a través de la especialización y la innovación. Estamos ubicados en España y Portugal, pero trabajamos para diferentes clientes en Europa, USA, y LATAM.Desde hace más de 10 años estamos trabajando en servicios de mantenimiento y desarrollo de software para dichos clientes, en diversos sectores (Media, Turismo, Retail, Industria, etc.), tecnologías (.NET, Vue.JS, PHP, Java, etc.), y bajo diferentes marcos metodológicos (ITIL, Waterfall, y ágiles).Ofrecemos servicios de AMS (Application Management Services, basado en ITIL) de software para los diferentes aplicativos de negocio, incluyendo incidentes, soporte, pequeños evolutivos y mejoras. Como parte de nuestros servicios de AM incluimos adicionalmente DevOps, SRE, TO y Observabilidad.Nuestros equipos se organizan en áreas de negocio (“Squads”). En estos momentos estamos buscando un perfil Senior Service Manager para gestionar diferentes equipos de mantenimiento liderados cada uno por un Squad Leads, con un total de entre 10 y 12 personas en total y una actividad anual total de más de 2.500 tickets sobre más de 50 aplicaciones de software.Tus tareas principales como Senior Service Manager serán:Coordinación de los diferentes interesados en los procesos de AM, incluyendo los IT Managers del Cliente, los Usuarios, y otros proveedores de servicios.Liderazgo y supervisión del equipo completo de AM bajo su responsabilidad.Responsabilidad sobre la resolución de las incidencias reportadas y cumplimiento de los SLA y KPIs acordados con el cliente.Participación en la resolución de incidencias del servicio como parte integral de tu trabajo diario.Generación de reportes semanales y mensuales.Apoyo, mentorización y soporte técnico de su equipo, siendo la persona de referencia a nivel de metodología ITIL y de tecnología (.NET Core y Angular principalmente).Contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso de mantenimiento.Diseñar e implementar soluciones técnicas de calidad.Comunicar y promover estándares de código.Proactividad y liderazgo.Los requisitos indispensables de la posición son los siguientes:Experiencia de al menos 10 años en proyectos de desarrollo y/o mantenimiento de software.Experiencia de al menos 5 años en solución de tickets de incidencias, soporte, evolutivos, etc. de software, involucrando a otros equipos como infraestructura y/o comunicaciones.4 años de experiencia con .NET.4 años de experiencia con Angular.Experiencia con BBDD relacionales.Experiencia mínima de 4 años liderando equipos AMS.Experiencia con herramientas de testing y debugging.Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de ticketing y documentación (Jira y Confluence preferentemente).Certificación ITIL.Castellano (mínimo C1) e inglés alto (mínimo B2).Conocimientos profundos y experiencia en entornos colaborativos Microsoft Office y Teams.Reportando al Service Manager (Team Manager) global del servicio (30 FTEs), backup de dicho Service Manager Global para las aplicaciones de su responsabilidad.Requisitos opcionales:Experiencia con Azure y AWS.Conocimiento y uso de arquitecturas de microservicios.Experiencia en Xamarin / MAUI.En Kiteris te ofrecemos:Trabajo 100% remoto.Seguro privado cofinanciado por Kiteris.Salario competitivo.Formación continua personalizada.Plan de carrera dentro de la empresa.
