Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large and diverse team to ensure our area of the business meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team
  • Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity
  • Support and lead a team, handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
  • Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards a bachelor's degree)
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis
  • Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Experience in a logistical working environment
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
