Job Title: Graduate Area Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Area Manager to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in one of our Fulfillment Centers or Delivery Stations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in one of our Fulfillment Centers or Delivery Stations
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of products to customers
  • Improve and streamline processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Safeguard team safety and uphold Amazon's high standards of quality
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • Flexibility to relocate for the position if needed
  • Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
