About our client: Our client is a leading international consulting group specializing in Human-centered systems engineering and applied design, supporting major industrial clients in complex transformation projects. As part of its growth in Spain, the group is looking to strengthen its local management structure. Job description: We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop the client's Spanish operations. Reporting to Group Management, the role combines team leadership, business development and strategic growth. Main responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager will be to: Lead and manage a team of consultants. Ensure operational excellence and support team development. Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Drive business development and secure new assignments. Contribute to the long-term growth strategy in Spain. Coordinate closely with Group and Sector Management. Requirements: Experience 5–8+ years' experience in human factors, UX or complex systems engineering. Proven experience in team management, project leadership and client relationship management. Demonstrated exposure to business development in industrial or engineering environments. Education Master's degree in Engineering or Human Factors. Languages Binligual in Spanish and English. A third-European language would be a strong plus. Competences Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and client-oriented approach. Ability to operate in an international and multi-site environment.
