You will : Participate in consulting or implementation teams during IT projects for financial institutions, mainly insurance companies. Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, test solutions, and support UATs. Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects. Be an active Agile team member, owning your topics. Perform varied tasks in an international environment, testing yourself in different roles. About the requirements. You need: At least 2 years of experience in IT projects within the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance. A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, IT, or related fields. Strong command of English and Spanish (C1 level or higher), confident in collaboration. Understanding of Agile methodologies. Ability to analyze and approach complex problems intuitively and analytically. Eligibility to work full-time in Spain and the EU. Willingness to travel regularly. Nice to haves: Familiarity with insurance processes. Experience in fintech, consulting, or IT, especially in insurance or bancassurance. Leadership and management skills. Additional languages. Willingness to travel up to 50% and work with clients abroad, while based in Valencia. What we offer: Flexible hours and hybrid work (2-3 days in-office) for work-life balance.
