If you’re looking for an exciting challenge and the chance to grow your career, we want to hear from you Your main responsibilities will be: Technical and Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring proper understanding by the development team. Collaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization. Development Support: Accompany the technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing functional or technical questions and ensuring correct implementation of requirements. System and Architecture Analysis: Understand system architecture, component dependencies, and integrations with other services or APIs. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (diagrams, data flows, specifications). Active Participation in Scrum: Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives), contributing to requirement clarity and prioritization. Incident and Improvement Management: Analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and coordinate their resolution with the team. Quality and Best Practices: Promote good analysis, design, and documentation practices within the team to enhance efficiency and traceability. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred. Language skills: Fluency in English (at least B2) is essential. Fluency in German is preferred. Previous experience in the banking sector is preferred. Strong team player: Demonstrated ability to excel in collaborative environments, working effectively with geographically distributed teams. Ability to understand integrations, data flows, and API specifications. Understanding of systems architecture and development concepts (no programming required). Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and deliver high-impact solutions. Agile methodologies: Experience working with Scrum, actively participating in ceremonies and defining user stories and acceptance criteria. Preferred skills: Experience: At least 2‑4 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong background in agile environments. Experience in the banking sector, especially with asset management systems, is a plus. API and data analysis: Proficiency in understanding APIs and data integration, with the ability to analyze and leverage data effectively to inform business decisions and solutions. Business process analysis: Ability to analyze and visualize business processes, break down complex requirements into actionable features, and collaborate with the product owner to ensure the delivery of effective solutions. Familiarity with business analysis tools: Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies, with an emphasis on the practical application of analysis and process visualization techniques in an agile framework. Strong Team Player: Excels in collaborative environments, effectively working with geographically distributed teams and supporting shared goals. Quick Thinker with Problem‑Solving Skills: Efficiently identifies and resolves issues, focusing on high‑impact solutions using the 80/20 rule.
