If you thrive on stage, on LinkedIn, and in the room with Tier-1 clients, this role is built for you. About the role You’ll lead the commercial strategy for the Web3 vertical. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer, you’ll own growth, team leadership, and top-tier client acquisition. Your goal: build, scale, and inspire a world-class sales team while personally closing major partnerships that move global transaction volumes. Responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy for your vertical (Web3). Lead, hire, and coach a 10+ person sales organization , including target‑setting, KPIs, and performance reviews. Represent the company at major industry events (ICE, SiGMA, SBC, Money20/20, iFX, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with Tier‑1 partners and C‑level decision‑makers. Deliver strong growth metrics, from +$20M monthly turnover in 6 months to +$40M in 12 months. Partner with Marketing on GTM campaigns, PR, and event activations. Act as a public ambassador for the brand, both on‑site and online. Qualifications Proven team leadership (10+ FTEs) and a record of exceeding sales targets. Public industry presence : visible LinkedIn activity, speaking panels, and conference participation. Advanced English , written and spoken; other languages a plus. Professional appearance, charisma, and strong communication ; essential for client‑facing success. Strong network in your domain , with active contacts among Tier‑1 clients and partners. Strategic mindset: able to design scalable sales processes and lead international expansion. Background Requirements (Web3 Director) Experience selling on‑/off‑ramp, custody, or crypto
