Resolve intercompany reconciliation differences and reporting discrepancies.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models.
Perform monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) and explain key drivers.
Develop financial models and performance analysis for management reporting.
Prepare analysis required for management and investor updates.
Support working capital tracking and operational financial performance analysis.
Technical Accounting & Audit Support
Support the finance team on complex accounting matters under IFRS and local GAAP frameworks.
Prepare technical accounting documentation and memos where required.
Support & co-ordinate the external audit process and ensure documentation readiness.
Assist with accounting treatment of acquisitions, integrations and purchase price allocation (PPA) when required.
Strengthen accounting policies and documentation standards across the group.
Affiliate Reporting & Data Quality
Review affiliate submissions and identify data quality issues or inconsistencies.
Drive improvements in upstream financial data quality and reporting consistency across entities.
Finance Process Improvement & Integration
Support integration of new affiliates into group reporting and finance processes.
5–8 years professional experience in audit, financial reporting or FP&A.
~ Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is required.
~ Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and experience with local GAAP environments.
~ Experience with group reporting, financial analysis or consolidation environments.
~ Strong Excel skills, including advanced data modelling (Power Pivot).
~ Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is an advantage.
~ Experience working with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 strongly preferred.
~ Fluent English required.
