Senior Manager, New Ventures & Go-to-Market (B2B)Location: Barcelona, Berlin or Hamburg (Hybrid)Now part of the Lyft family, FREENOW is accelerating towards aggressive growth. Join us in our mission to build new business models and innovative techYour daily adventures will include:Architect the Strategy: Design the GTM strategy to capture the analog taxi market across 9 European countries.Bridge Product & Sales: Act as the primary feedback loop between the market and the Product Team. You will ensure we build what the market needs.Drive Expansion: Lead the rollout of our Dispatching Tools and other solutions, establishing trust with key fleet partners and hacking our way into new sectors.To be successful in this role:Strategic Vision: deliver a strategy that captures huge new sectors, find ways to hack the market.Analytical Approach: translate vague and complex industry problems into clear solutions. Persuade stakeholders and investors with data and cold logic.Stakeholder Alignment: use flexible communication styles to align Sales, Operations and Tech teams, as well as a wide range of diverse partners across Europe.Sales acumen: put your strategy and product to the front lines — test and polish your pitch, help to guide the sales team to deliver your vision far and wide.Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Strategy, Product or Project management. Backgrounds in Top‑Tier Consulting, B2B SaaS, or dual‑side marketplaces are highly preferred.Languages: Fluent English is required.
