What you’ll be doing: In a nutshell, you will be responsible for building everything This will include the strategy the product concept the go-to market approach the team and the operations From day one, you will have full ownership of this venture, with the autonomy to shape, build, and grow a high-potential business. Your mandate is clear: validate the opportunity, launch the product, and scale rapidly—leveraging the backing and resources of a leading European experience platform. You’ll operate as both founder and CEO—thinking ambitiously, starting lean, moving quickly, and taking full responsibility for every decision. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to challenge assumptions, harness synergies, and build a business that has the potential to redefine its category. What we are looking for: 7+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, general management, or early-stage leadership. A true builder with a founder mindset—driven, resourceful, and relentlessly focused on execution. Experience in launching or scaling digital businesses, e-commerce platforms, or marketplaces. An Ambitious Maverick—you think differently, act independently, and thrive outside the usual playbooks. Background in experience gifts, travel, leisure, or adjacent consumer platforms is a strong plus.
