After a phase of hyper‑growth and strategic refocus, the company is financially healthy, margins restored, and is focused on consolidating profitability, optimizing the model through technology, and preparing for future growth. Your Mission: Lead, Negotiate, and Plan As the right-hand person to the Founder and COO, you will hold overall administrative responsibility for Finance, HR, and Legal functions. You are expected to be a driving force, actively challenging the status quo. Your 3 Key Responsibility Pillars 1. Financial Strategy & Business Planning Modeling & Business Plan – Build a complete and credible business plan to project growth, attract banking partners, or prepare for future fundraising rounds. Profitability & AI Management – Use AI to automate analyses and track net margin in real time. Cash Management – Manage strict multi‑currency cash (EUR / USD / CAD). 2. Negotiation & Cost Optimization Outstanding Negotiator – Negotiate every cost line with suppliers, banks, or logistics partners to protect margins. Partner Management – Manage and challenge a network of 12 external accounting firms worldwide on pricing and timelines. 3. Cross‑Functional Management (HR & Legal) Dynamic Leadership – Directly manage a multidisciplinary team of around ten people at headquarters (Accounting, Legal, HR). Global Oversight – Ensure HR and Legal departments support the business strategy while minimizing risk. Your Profile: Talented, Sharp, and Agile We are not looking for years of experience, but for potential , drive , and strong technical skills . Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience. Background in Audit (Big 4), Strategy Consulting, M&A, or a key role in a scale‑up. Solid fundamentals and ready to take full ownership. Key Skills Expert in business planning and financial modeling. Strong negotiator who does not give up easily. Trilingual: French / English / Spanish (non‑negotiable). Soft Skills Dynamic & proactive. Energetic and anticipatory, not reactive. Tech enthusiast; AI is your productivity ally. Nice to Have First experience in fundraising.
