Desde la división **RAS STAFFING**, te acompañamos en la búsqueda de tu nuevo proyecto profesional Actualmente, estamos reclutando un/a **CFO** (Chief Financial Officer) para empresa del sector biotecnológico en la zona de **VALLÉS OCCIDENTAL**.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS RESPONSABILIDADES?**:

- Gestionar la planificación financiera y las proyecciones económicas de la empresa.
- Desarrollar y supervisar los sistemas financieros internos y los controles de gestión.
- Analizar y presentar informes financieros en reuniones de directorio y a stakeholders.
- Colaborar con el CEO en la recaudación de fondos y la estrategia de inversión.
- Liderar el proceso de presupuestación y seguimiento del rendimiento financiero.
- Evaluar y manejar los riesgos financieros de la empresa.
- Supervisar la toma de decisiones comerciales desde el análisis de márgenes, análisis de precios, etc.

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**:

- Grado en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Experiência mínima de 10 años en roles financieros, preferentemente en el sector en startups.
- Experiência y conocimientos en la atracción de activos financieros y captación de financiación en mercados nacionales e internacionales.
- Sólidos conocimientos en análisis financiero, contabilidad y fiscalidad.
- Fluidez en español e inglés, tanto escrito como hablado (C1-C2)
- Motivación y pasión por el impacto de la biotecnología en la sociedad.
