LocationBaxter Planning is headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices in Spain and India.
Though this role will mostly be remote, the position will be located out of our rapidly growing Barcelona office.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop end to end ML solutions using python.
Create and perform experiments to evaluate innovative solutions using AI and ML.
Create and maintain e2e ML pipelines.
Work with costumers and product teams to create innovative solutions using ML models.
Deploy and maintain ML solution in cloud environments (AWS)Qualifications and skills neededTechnical degree: engineering, computer science, physics, Maths, quantitative economics, etc.3+ Years of experience in data science.
Advance python programmingVersion control (git)Advanced SQLProficiency in development and maintaining ML modelsSolid experience using data/ml libraries like Pandas, SKlearn, Darts, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.
Solid experience using AI assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
