As our Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in shaping Mistral’s adoption with our largest customers across a variety of industries. You will be driving deals end2end: from prospective, first intro call until closing and beyond — together with our dedicated implementation specialist, tech and legal teams.

Lead development (strategic outbound and qualified inbound): Provide hands‑on support and guidance to clients during a potential Proof of Concept (POC) phase, ensuring a smooth and successful evaluation process Deal management & closing: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into valued customers — you are the first point of contact for all external stakeholders and are responsible for properly managing deals and aligning all stakeholders (heavy involvement of customer engineering, product, and commercial teams, both on operational and C‑level) Handle customer negotiation end2end, together with our legal and implementation specialist team Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and other key decision‑makers within target organisations Work side‑by‑side with our implementation team to ensure that customer’s questions, concerns and challenges are taken care of during pre‑sales, deployment and post‑deployment phase Training and enablement: ~ 7-10 years experience in Sales (enterprise sales/consultative selling, ideally selling a highly complex, technical product) ~ Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field ~ Significant work experience within AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field ~ Excellent English & Spanish, additional language welcome (e.g. German, French, etc.) ~ Competitive cash salary and equity
