Buscamos un Channel Manager – Iberia para liderar la evolución y el crecimiento de la estrategia de partners de InterSystems en España y Portugal. Tras una larga trayectoria en el mercado ibérico, InterSystems cuenta con un canal consolidado que queremos potenciar y adaptar a las nuevas oportunidades del mercado. El Channel Manager será responsable de fortalecer, ampliar y dinamizar el ecosistema de partners, trabajando de forma transversal con los equipos de ventas, marketing y preventa para impulsar el negocio indirecto y garantizar su sostenibilidad a largo plazo. Objetivo del puesto Revisar, actualizar y ejecutar la estrategia de canal en Iberia, reforzando las alianzas existentes, incorporando nuevos socios estratégicos y asegurando que el canal actúe como un motor clave de crecimiento sostenible para InterSystems. Responsabilidades principales Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de canal para España y Portugal , en línea con los objetivos globales y las necesidades del mercado local. Reforzar las relaciones con partners actuales , impulsando su actividad comercial, certificación y especialización. Identificar y reclutar nuevos partners (integradores, ISVs y distribuidores) que amplíen la cobertura y la capacidad de generación de negocio. Colaborar estrechamente con los
