Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced media expert with precise targeting capabilities to oversee integrated online and offline marketing campaigns for the brand in the Spanish market. You will deeply understand channel characteristics and efficiency, and within limited budget constraints, achieve maximum marketing effectiveness through strategic planning, precise traffic allocation, and strict ROI control. We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented strategic partner who will continuously optimize campaign performance and provide core momentum for brand growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Media Strategy and Campaign ManagementDevelop and execute integrated online and offline media campaign strategies, with a special focus on formulating and optimizing advertising strategiesThoroughly understand the efficiency of each advertising channel to maximize results within limited budgetsEstablish and implement ROI control systems to ensure optimal marketing investment returns2. Data Analysis and Optimization ExecutionPossess exceptional campaign data summarization and analytical skills, establishing data monitoring systemsAdjust campaign strategies in real-time based on data results, continuously optimizing advertising effectivenessRegularly produce performance analysis reports to provide data support for marketing decisions3. Integrated Marketing CommunicationsCoordinate brand public relations activities, including media relations, KOL collaborations, launch events, and auto show supportManage press release writing and distribution, evaluating the communication value of sponsorships and CSR initiativesEnsure synergy between paid media and earned media4. Vendor and Resource ManagementManage media buying negotiations and optimize supplier relationshipsOversee advertising agencies to ensure campaign quality and efficiencyCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing activitiesQualifications:1. Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in media planning or digital advertising, with preference given to candidates with automotive or high-value consumer goods industry experienceDemonstrated success in independently managing large-scale marketing budgets2. Professional CompetenciesProficient in advertising strategy, familiar with channel characteristics and campaign logicStrong ROI control capabilities, maximizing results within limited budgetsExceptional data analysis skills, able to optimize strategies in real-time based on dataFamiliarity with the Spanish media landscape and consumer behavior3. Core AttributesResults-driven, able to work efficiently in high-pressure environmentsExcellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skillsStrategic thinking and rapid adaptabilityDetail-oriented with a commitment to excellence4. Language RequirementsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishMust be fluent in Spanish for professional business communicationNote: This position requires completion of other related tasks as needed by business development.
