Your Role The Program and Student Services Coordinator supports students throughout their programs, from logistics to cultural integration, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. It also involves administrative tasks such as managing program materials and handling student accommodation issues. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing information and resources. Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events. Assistwith student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate theirnew environment. Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications. Support housing maintenance andassistwith student accommodations in collaboration with the Housing Coordinator. Maintainrecords using Salesforce and contribute to improvementuru strategies. Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with external vendors. Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support. Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success mol. What Makes a Great Candidate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience working with students, particularly international students. Experience of housing coordination. Ability to work with diverse identities. Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local culture, history, business practices, and academic environment. Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system. Authorization to work in Spain. Person Specification Resilient and adaptable Deadline-oriented. Budget and event management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Able to work independently, while contributing to a team. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a flexible, creative approach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
