Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent position in Bulgaria, offering an exceptional opportunity to advance your career within the Customer Support Services industry. Key Responsibilities- Deliver premium customer assistance via phone, email, and chat for a global client base in the Customer Support Services sector.
- Resolve complex inquiries with precision while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent communication quality in your native Dutch language.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal database to ensure optimal case tracking.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine support processes and improve customer satisfaction metrics.
- Adapt to evolving product knowledge and service requirements in a fast-paced, modern work environment.
- Participate in performance-driven initiatives to consistently meet and exceed operational KPIs.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate structure.
- Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for solving customer challenges.
- Ability to relocate to Bulgaria for this on-site opportunity.
