Company: Stealth AI Startup (Backed by Top US Accelerator) Location: Remote-Friendly (CET or PST timezone overlap preferred) Salary: Competitive + Equity + Clear CTO Growth Path About the Company: One of our clients is a fast-growing AI startup providing instant, actionable win-loss insights to top-tier sales teams. Their platform reveals exactly why companies win or lose deals, empowering strategic decision-making in real time across the revenue organization. They were selected for the Techstars Workforce Development Accelerator 2024 and recently raised a $1.2M pre-seed round backed by Unusual Ventures, Boom Capital, and other leading investors. With strong traction in the US and a globally distributed team, theyre now building out their core engineering function to scale their product and AI systems. The founding team is looking for a hands-on Head of Engineering to blend technical leadership with active coding. This role offers a clear trajectory toward CTO, giving you the opportunity to directly shape the product, team, and engineering culture. Youll work closely with a globally distributed founding team and collaborate across product and go-to-market functions. Role Overview: As Head of Engineering, youll lead the development of a robust, AI-powered platform. Youll be responsible for building and mentoring a world-class engineering team, owning the technical roadmap, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of all systems. Key Responsibilities: Build & Lead the Engineering Team Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team (backend, frontend, AI/ML, testing). Hands-On Development & Technical Leadership Actively write code, architect solutions, and lead by example. Own Product Delivery & Technical Roadmap Translate product requirements (PRDs) into actionable sprints. Ensure AI Scalability & Reliability Build production-ready LLM systems, vector search, and MLOps pipelines. Strategic Collaboration Align closely with founders and stakeholders to build solutions that drive customer impact. Who Were Looking For: A proactive, entrepreneurial engineering leader with strong technical fundamentals and the drive to step into a CTO role.
