**Head Of Process Engineering - Cliente Final**:
Buscamos un perfil como **Head of Process Engineering **para incorporarse en nuestro cliente, con sede en Pozuelo (Madrid), para optimizar procesos y liderar el cambio con las automatizaciones técnicas.

Nuestro cliente es uno de los principales grupos de restauración en el mercado español que integra diferentes marcas ampliamente conocidas,

Su responsabilidad será crear y revisar planes de procesos; y verificar la secuencia adecuada de actividades, equipos y controles de procesos. procesar cartera de proyectos, diseñar, organizar, lanzar y gestionar nuevos proyectos para Iberia, implementando tecnologías existentes y emergentes para abordar necesidades desafiantes.

**Perfil deseado**:

- Experiência mínima de 7 años en procesos de ingeniería.
- Conocimientos en RPA y Machine Learning.
- Experiência en liderazgo de equipos y gestión de proyectos.
- Capacidad analítica y resolutiva.
- Proactividad y orientación al logro de objetivos.

**Funciones a desempeñar**:

- Liderar el equipo de ingeniería de procesos.
- Diseñar e implementar soluciones de automatización y optimización.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en los procesos actuales.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la integración de soluciones técnicas.
- Coordinar proyectos de implementación de nuevas tecnologías.
- Analizar datos y métricas para medir el rendimiento de los procesos.

**Requisitos adicionales**:

- Licenciatura o Grado en Ingeniería, Informática o disciplina afín.
- Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas de automatización y gestión de procesos.
