University Mid-Level Research Support Officer – Group C

Required Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
Six months of experience supporting nutrition/health research projects, preferably in intervention studies with participants.

Main Functions To Be Developed

Collaboration, under the direct supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), in the material execution of the nutritional assessment tests of the patients included in the clinical studies (taking anthropometric measurements, completing nutritional screening tests and recording dietary follow-up).
Support in the application and monitoring of nutritional interventions prescribed by the PI in the context of liver disease studies.
Completion of the formal collection and dumping of dietary data through the supervised administration of 24-hour reminders, frequency questionnaires and food records, without autonomous diagnostic capacity.
Collaboration in administrative and support tasks for the preparation of draft research protocols in nutrition and hepatology under the guidelines of the project manager.
