Strong problem‑solving skills are a must.This person will provide support for the execution of IT projects for our Latin American (LatAm) countries: Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Perú but based in Madrid.We are looking for an engineer or similar (technical role) that really wants to deep dive into business process by helping to implement IT processes and tools.Among other things, this role will:Analyse business processes to find optimization through automation and IT tools.Gather and filter business demands from different areas that require a technical solution.Find synergies between the different demands across LatAm countries and areas.Analyse data and conduct business cases that support ROI for prioritisation.Create dashboards to follow up on projects.Present business needs to IT teams, mainly to the solution architects.Support the prioritisation of the demands.Follow up on the IT projects.What we are looking for:Technical knowledge about software development and continuous delivery.Strong problem‑solving abilities.Goal & customer oriented .Think out‑of‑the‑box mindset.
