Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionateStrategy Consultantto participate instrategic projectsprimarily focused onsales. This role will join our growing andsuccessful LatAm Team based in Madrid, reporting to the LatAm Commercial Planning Manager, herself reporting to our LatAm Managing Director. The Senior Strategy Consultant will contribute to establishing and defining thesales growth strategyin our 5 LatAm countries (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico). Key responsibilities Participate in thesales growth strategy definitionfor the LatAm region (Strategic Plan and Budget). Independentlylead transformational commercial strategyprojects across various countries in LatAm. Analyze complex data setsto identify insights, diagnose challenges, and recommend actionable solutions. Conductprocess mapping and assessmentto identify and prioritize improvement areas. Drive thestandardization of best practices(projects, tools, and reporting) across the region. Provide continuous support to localSales PerformanceandSales Structureteams, as well as toSales DirectorsandCountry Managersacross LatAm. Direct support toLatAm Managing Director Office. Experiences and Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field. Competencies Exceptionalanalyticaland quantitative problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint(experience in ppt. presentations and analysis for steering committees). Proven ability tomanage projects independently, from scoping through execution and delivery. Leadership capacity, decisive and independent. Strong solution focus, comfortable working in an environment which demandshigh calibre deliverablesunder tight deadlines. Committed. Ability tomake decisions and to solve problems under time pressureand communicate it in a confident way, with a can-do mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Availability totravelacross our LatAm markets (about 15%). Additional complementary skills will be valued: Experience in people management (small teams) would be an asset. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
