Specifically, you will focus on Paid Search (Google/Microsoft) and Social Media Advertising (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring measurable growth and ROI. Key Responsibilities As an Online Marketing Manager , you will: Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Social Media platforms. Strategy: Develop data-driven growth strategies tailored to each client’s goals, ensuring scalable customer acquisition. Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, deriving actionable insights to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Client Success: Communicate transparently with clients, providing detailed reports and strategic recommendations. Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and test new channels to keep our clients competitive. Requirements To succeed in this position, you need: Language: Native/Fluent German (essential for DACH region clients) and good English skills. Experience: Proven experience in managing Google Ads and/or Social Media campaigns (agency or in-house). Expertise: Deep understanding of PPC mechanics, bidding strategies, and web analytics. Mindset: You are analytical, structured, and results-oriented, with a love for data quality. Location: You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Marbella, Spain .
