Customer Service Advisor (Turno de 11:00AM a 19:00PM) Legends Global (Europe) – España – Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid. Posición 100% presencial en la oficina de Madrid con horario de 11:00 a 19:00, Full-time. Funciones del puesto Actuar como nexo de contacto, proporcionando información sobre productos y respondiendo a preguntas de clientes. Gestionar grandes cantidades de contactos entrantes y resolver problemas de clientes con precisión y eficiencia. Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción. Manejar quejas y ofrecer soluciones dentro de los límites de tiempo, realizando seguimiento hasta la resolución. Seguir procedimientos, pautas y políticas de comunicación interna. Fomentar la fidelización de clientes mediante esfuerzo adicional. Gestionar la plataforma de pedidos, pagos (Shopify), y la plataforma del operador logístico. Cuidar las herramientas de CRM como Freshdesk o Zendesk. Conocimientos, habilidades y requisitos mínimos Excelentes habilidades en español e inglés (C1 mínimo en ambos idiomas). Experiencia previa en atención al cliente. Gran habilidad para la gestión de contactos omnicanal y escucha activa. Capacidad para usar múltiples sistemas y realizar tareas en un entorno acelerado. Orientación al cliente y capacidad de adaptarse a diferentes tipos de usuarios. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas. Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y buen manejo del tiempo; automotivación y sentido de responsabilidad.
