The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for managing all aspects of facility services, delivering service performance that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements, and ensuring client and tenant satisfaction across the assigned portfolio.Responsibilities Develop consensus and implement the Best Practice/Building Operation Plan for the assigned portfolio.Prepare the final budget in collaboration with the Financial Manager, ensuring budget compliance.Manage supplier contracts, holding regular meetings to achieve agreed operational (supplier KPIs) and financial (cost vs Budget) performance.Inspects facilities and equipment to determine service needs and coordinate enhancement projects.Arrange maintenance upkeep or reconditioning of facilities as specified in the operating procedures and management services agreement.Competitive bid and prepare all service contracts in collaboration with the Procurement Specialist.Act as primary contact for assigned site contractors and vendors and manage service requests generated by client staff.Approve purchases of supplies and equipment for the managed office buildings and contract for services as described within the operating budget plan.Participate in group-wide bid processes and ensure all defined services are completed in accordance with operating procedures, statutory requirements and Health and Safety guidelines.Supervise employees reporting to the assigned buildings, ensuring training meets legal and safety requirements.24‑hour on‑call to resolve emergencies and assist with client move‑in/move‑out processes.Qualifications Compliance with service provision as detailed in the contract.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) achievement.Financial compliance against Budget.Customer satisfaction survey rating: must achieve
