It will change the processes across all areas, from finance and procurement, to supply chain, manufacturing, and HR. Senior stakeholders must break down silos and engage in your S/4HANA transformation from the outset, or risk failing to build a credible business case for change. We tailor every client engagement individually, taking an end-to-end perspective, from the business transformation you want to achieve to the outcome each S/4HANA component will deliver. We conduct focus interviews with key sponsors, assess maturity, and create a value-driven roadmap and business case. Working with colleagues across the wider Capgemini Group, we steer your S/4HANA transformation from design through to deployment for true value realization. As a Sr. Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in integrating business strategies with technological advancements in S/4 HANA. Your responsibilities will involve leveraging your expertise in strategic consulting, digital architecture, and business acumen to develop innovative solutions for our clients. You will be at the forefront of identifying opportunities and transforming processes that drive business growth and efficiency. Your role will encompass advising clients on optimal business processes, designing and implementing digital solutions based on S/4 HANA, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend analytical abilities with creative problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional value to our clients and drive positive outcomes in their business ventures. · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any with an Information Technology background. · At least 3 - 5 years of previous experience in SAP Consulting projects, focus in Sales and Distribution modules from a process point of view (SAP SD, Sales order management, outbound delivery, billing, pricing) · Functional skills, focus on processes transformation · Master’s Degree in SAP is highly valuable · Specific training courses and certifications in S/4 HANA is a strong plus · Native and/or fluent in English and Spanish. · Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented. · Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and society. · Excellent communication and presentation skills. · Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
