What You’ll Do Design the Growth Playbook : Build and execute the full-funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion. Own Demand Generation : Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions. Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in-app upsell journeys. Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A/B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter. Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale. What You Bring Growth or marketing leadership at a SaaS company, ideally with product-led growth at scale. Proven track record driving demand gen + PLG pipelines from mid-market to enterprise. Hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, content, partnerships, and growth analytics. A love for data-driven experiments and fast iteration.
