The HRBP will work closely with local leaders to provide support on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, learning and development. The HRBP will also manage special projects such as compensation surveys, annual review process, employment agreements, labour law compliance, salary administration, benefit programs, time tracking, absence reporting, and other duties as assigned. Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations. ~¿Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations, marketing, sales, product, engineering, customer service, training, and other departments. ~ Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and union contracts. ~ Review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices. ~ Develop and implement training programs. ~ University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences, Bachelor degree in HR Management or a similar academic education. Master's Degree in Human Resources would be highly appreciated. At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred. Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
