We understand each partner deeply, addressing their needs and capturing their essence.We are currently seeking a Head of Product to support the launch of a new Edtech startup based in Barcelona with significant growth potential and social impact.Role:Collaborate with founders to develop a robust product vision and long-term strategy.Understand user needs and eliminate friction to create an intuitive experience for seniors to discover experiences and connect meaningfully.Attract top talent to build a team of product managers, designers, and data scientists.Work with design, engineering, data, and other teams to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and create impactful solutions.Lead a cross-functional team, translating OKRs into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog.Ensure timely and successful product delivery by removing development hurdles.Prioritize features in collaboration with the tech lead and engineering team.Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.Represent the user's voice through research and interaction.Requirements:Minimum 5 years in product management.Experience in leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and prioritize opportunities.Ability to envision outcomes and plan iteratively, balancing risk and validation.Define and analyze success metrics.Strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down challenges and making quick, data-informed decisions.Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and articulate needs clearly.What we offer:Competitive salary package.A culture based on trust, learning, and a proactive attitude.Opportunity to significantly impact seniors' lives.Be the first product hire at an early-stage company.Support from an experienced, solid team.Dynamic, international environment with high growth potential.Great offices in Barcelona Center.Are you ready for the challenge?
