You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning business goals with user needs, to deliver outstanding products that elevate the restaurant experience.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Develop and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring products from concept to market.- Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for product improvement.- Monitor product performance, analyze user data, and iterate on features to enhance user satisfaction.- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines.- Drive a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics and insights to inform product strategy.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a senior product manager or head of product in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.- Experience working closely with development teams and understanding technical constraints.- Strong communication and presentation skills.**What You'll Need to Succeed ****:- A passion for building products that solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term vision.- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.- Strong organizational and project management skills.- Up-to-date knowledge of product management best practices and industry trends.**What we offer**- Full-time permanent contract.- Flexible working hours and 2 days working from home per week.- Flexible compensation valid for food, transportation, childcare, and learning through Cobee Card.- Health and dental insurances.- Last.card: Receive your last.card every month, usable on Netflix, Amazon, Inditex, Google Play, and almost 200 other options available.- Free coffee, tea, and unlimited snacks (fruit and other snacks every day).- Day off on your birthday.- Informal dress code.- Team-building activities and events.Tipo de puesto: Contrato indefinidoSalario: 60.000,00€-80.000,00€ al añoBeneficios:- Ayuda al desarrollo profesional- Eventos de la empresa- Ordenador de empresa- Programa de formación- Seguro dental- Seguro médico privado- Teletrabajo opcional- Ticket restauranteHorario:- De lunes a viernes- Flexibilidad horariaUbicación del trabajo: Teletrabajo híbrido en 08027 Barcelona, Barcelona#J-18808-Ljbffr
