Job Overview We are currently seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional for a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst position in Bulgaria. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class social media team, where you will play a critical role in maintaining digital integrity and fostering a safe online community for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities Analyze and moderate content on major social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
Identify and mitigate potential risks, including hate speech, harassment, and misinformation, to maintain a safe digital environment
Collaborate with international teams to refine internal processes and enhance trust and safety policies
Investigate user reports and take appropriate action based on established platform protocols
Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of content queues
Stay updated on emerging trends in social media safety and regional linguistic nuances relevant to the Dutch-speaking market
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss platform policy updates and operational improvements
Requirements Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong command of English for professional communication within the office
Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience in social media, content moderation, or customer experience is highly advantageous
Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and thrive in an international, multicultural work environment
