From quick bites to eat while on the beach to date nights with spectacular views, CoastAL’s combination of indoor and outdoor seating is the best of both worlds.ResponsibilitiesPerform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient in creating and delivering dishes for patrons.Complete all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.Daily preparation of food items in their assigned outlet as well as other areas of the kitchen.Supply clean and sanitized dishes to the dining room and kitchen stations as well as operate and maintain dishwashing equipment and supplies.Assist the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Cooks, and other kitchen personnel in the production of menu items which ensures a high level of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.Estimated Monthly BudgetProjected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)Projected costs for housing: $600/MonthMeals provided during working hoursJ1 Visa ProgramThis traineeship is part of a J1 visa program intended for young professionals or recent graduates to propel their careers, gain work experience, and improve their skills through cultural exchange.J1 Visa process and application fees total $1,870, broken down as follows:First
