Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Middle East and Africa, DT One is looking for a Pricing Manager with strong analytical/research skills and a keen commercial mindset to help drive the business forward in the region. We are seeking our next superstar manager who has an analytical mindset, great business acumen, excellent communication skills and an interest in working in a fast-paced Global Sales organization. In the Europe team we are a diverse, fun group of international colleagues representing multiple nationalities & speaking multiple languages with our clients across the region. The position is based in Barcelona.

Key Job Responsibilities

  1. Analyze pricing data from industry standards, sales trends and competitors analysis for the region.
  2. Monitor and update commercial price lists in alignment with Region and Network Management.
  3. Identify appropriate Sales and Marketing strategies to define pricing structures, sales funnels for DT One products and grow key client revenues in alignment with Region Sales/Business Development.
  4. Actively collaborate with a variety of departments across locations, including Sales, Product Management, Network Management, Marketing and Finance, to ensure alignment with company strategy and commercial targets for the Region.
  5. Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends, pricing gaps and inefficiencies. Regular executive reporting utilizing these tools.
  6. Draft strategic pricing plans and processes on key client pitches & client reviews with the Sales/Business Development team.
  7. Develop a system of communication, documentation and review of internal and external comparative pricing data.
  8. Address issues and concerns raised by team members relating to pricing suggestions.
  9. Management of Regional Pricing Analyst team.

Essential Job Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics preferred.
  2. Minimum required 4-Year general Bachelor's Degree w/ on-the-job experience within a big corporate, startup or Analyst training program.
  3. 3-5 years Analyst experience preferred.
  4. A natural aptitude for numbers in a commercial environment.
  5. Effective reporting and presentation skills.
  6. Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
  7. Good negotiations and problem-solving skills, with excellent organization skills.
  8. Advanced competence Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  9. Language requirements: Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
