If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups then BizAway is the company you have been looking for.We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.Your role in BizAwayFULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first yearResearch and prospect for new clients in SpainRun outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpointsPresent our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.)Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospectsLead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to ContractForecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipelineBe an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessaryDefine Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team LeadersWork with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loopProactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growthYour Basic QualificationsYou have a native level of Spanish + a good level of English (both written and spoken)You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR“No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every dayProactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakesFlexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certaintiesWe are also interested inPrevious experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-upsPrevious experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environmentsOur offerA seat on a scale-up with skyrocketing growthUncapped Variable Compensation And Equity In The CompanyDevelopment of your entrepreneurial spirit, having the chance to implement real-impact business decisionsMulticultural and international teamCollaborative and smart environment to work and learnFree coffee to kick-start your day and free beers to celebrate togetherFlexible working policy (3 days in the office + 2 remote) and office in EuropeBizAway avoids any discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health status, nationality, political opinions, and religious beliefs in all decisions affecting personnel selection.#J-18808-Ljbffr
