As we launch our new office in Valencia, we are searching for an HR professional who will lead recruitment efforts and contribute to building a strong local HR foundation from day one.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in talent acquisition, and want to have real impact on shaping a new office - this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage full-cycle recruitment across IT, Marketing, Operations and Support roles.Build and optimise HR processes, onboarding frameworks, and employee engagement programs from scratch.Partner directly with senior leadership across Europe to define hiring strategies.Strengthen and promote a high-performance, people-focused culture.Qualifications2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment (mandatory).Proven track record in talent acquisition; fintech or microfinance industry experience is a strong advantage.Fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken).Strong understanding of Spanish labour law.A degree in Labor Relations / Human Resources.A master’s degree in HR is a plus.Experience in administration, labour relations, or working with temporary employment agencies is a plus.What we offerCompetitive salary + performance bonuses.Opportunity to build and scale our new Valencia office from the ground up.Collaboration with international teams across 18+ European markets.Modern workspace and a supportive international team.Ready to lead with us?
