We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners Job Description: Enfinity Global is looking for a Procurement Manager that will be part of the corporate procurement department for the development of PV solar and BESS projects. Reporting to the Head of Procurement (Europe), he/she will be ultimately responsible of closing contracts for the supply of main equipment and construction of the projects. This includes the preparation of requests for information, proposals, etc. and negotiation with contractors for main equipment, PV parks, MV and HV lines, BESS systems and substations. The Procurement Manager will coordinate with other specialists (development, engineering) and his/her day-to- day work will be calls, meetings, preparation of tenders and analysis of quotations amongst others, as per the project needs, working independently and being the single point of contact. We are looking for a person with a strong, experience in the PV market in procurement, with technical knowledge, with good communication skills and proactive. Key Responsibilities · Define the project/contract needs. · Develop suppliers based on sourcing strategies, assess potential suppliers. · Maintain relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors. · Prepare and lead project RFI, RFQ tender process with qualified suppliers and contractors, negotiate and close deals with the selected companies. · Regularly communicate with internal key stakeholders for procurement and contract status. · Conduct cost analysis and negotiation to achieve quality assurance and best supply chain cost. · Review cost reports from actual projects to establish standard summary data cost reports and variance analyses. · Negotiate and work closely with the legal department to make sure contracts and terms are favorable. · Track and report during negotiations. · Support the team to achieve successfully the objectives of the company. · Look for and apply improvements in the processes. · Full compliance with company policie Key Requirements: · Engineering degree (Mandatory). Master desirable. · At least 10 years of work experience in Procurement within solar PV industry (IPPs) and internationally. · Good knowledge in industrial project procurement and contract management. · Proactive, self-motivated, and strong organization skills. · Project management skills working with large scale solar, wind and/or storage development projects. · Working knowledge of the integration between procurement and supply chain systems data. · Self-motivated and able to work without supervision. · Flexibility and ability to travel.
