A core focus will be the direct procurement of key equipment and the supervision of procurement and construction contracts to ensure project success, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the purchasing of critical equipment such as AC/DC charging stations, inverters, power distribution systems, batteries, and other technological components for electric mobility projects.Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to reduce the total cost of ownership and ensure continuous quality supply of components.Manage the full lifecycle of EPC contract procurement, ensuring contractors comply with project scope, quality, and schedule.Design, prepare, and issue RFP/RFQ/RFI documents for complex equipment and service acquisitions.Oversee the technical and commercial evaluation of received bids, performing detailed cost analysis and market benchmarking.Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and contractual conditions.Formalize and manage purchasing contracts and subsequent SLAs and warranties.Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and strategic partners in the electric mobility sector.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure supply‑chain stability.Proactively mitigate supply‑chain risks such as component shortages, tariff changes, or delivery delays.Collaborate closely with the project team to define technical equipment specifications.Act as technology watch and communicate new technologies and future developments to all project and operations teams.Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance regulations.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.5–7 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within capital projects, energy, infrastructure, or e‑mobility supplier domains.Demonstrated experience managing complex RFP processes and procuring technical or technological equipment.Experience supervising large EPC or construction contracts.Knowledge of the electric mobility market and charging equipment (desirable).Skills & CompetenciesExpert negotiation skills and proven experience in contract drafting.Strong understanding of technical and commercial terms in equipment specifications.Exceptional analytical ability to conduct cost analysis and bid evaluations.Fluency in English (written and spoken).What We OfferA fast‑growing company in the energy transition and sustainable mobility sector, a dynamic, collaborative and highly motivated team where your contribution will directly impact the company’s growth. xsgfvud Competitive compensation, a flexible hybrid work model based in Madrid, and the opportunity to shape the infrastructure of the future.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionPurchasingIndustriesSolar Electric Power Generation and Electric Power Generation#J-18808-Ljbffr
