Key Responsibilities Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with established policies and standards. Lead cost‑effective sourcing of goods and services upon receipt of purchase requests, ensuring quality and value for money. Conduct detailed cost analysis and benchmarking for purchased items and services. Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that drive savings, mitigate risks, and optimise vendor performance. Manage price and contract negotiations, securing competitive and sustainable agreements. Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations, service‑level agreements, and performance metrics. Maintain compliance with all procurement laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Perform regular market analysis to stay abreast of trends, key materials, pricing shifts, and best practices. Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure procurement supports project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Participate in tender committees, contributing to strategy, evaluation, and award recommendations. Review and follow up on supplier invoices and monthly
