To improve process alignment and efficiency of Order To Cash organizations, under continuous improvement methodology to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of Customer Care, Service, Receivables and Cost. To adapt our OtC Processes to the new Business models.
To coordinate the implementation of training plans for OtC teams aligned to processes & to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy.
To work and lead initiatives and projects within OtC process (new subsidiaries, new brands,…)
To analyze opportunities and drive specific projects to improve OtC procedures and KPIs outcome
To monitor performance and work load of the OtC teams.
Control:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
~Fluent in English and Spanish.
~ Experience with SAP, digital transformation projects, and B2B and/or D2C business models is a strong plus.
~ An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow
