Regional Sales Manager - Europe Working from home, but with 40% of time spent travelling internationally, within and outside of Europe. Full-time, permanent Candidates with industry experience who are looking to move into sales will also be considered. Promote UNICAT business growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities focussing on the sales of Catalyst products to Ammonia, Refining, Syngas, Methanol and Purification Industries. Liaise with Technical, Commercial and Production teams to deliver tailored solutions quickly and ensure orders are dealt with efficiently. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, introducing customers to relevant solutions across UNICAT's catalyst, adsorbent, and additive portfolios. Actively participating in business/sales conferences and other networking events to represent the business and identify new sales opportunities and build brand visibility. Arrange and attend regular sales visits across Europe, performing the role with honesty, integrity and adherence to all legal and ethical standards of the company. Dedication to lowering costs for industrial users. Innovation to improve niche catalyst market services ignored by large industrial suppliers. English speaking. Be a confident and charismatic salesperson, with excellent communication skills at all levels. Catalyst sales experience is desirable but candidates with production plant experience of ammonia/refining/syngas/methanol will be considered. Will need minimal training and supervision to perform the job. Continuous learning through training programs and cross-functional collaboration. #
