As Regional Sales Manager for the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, you’ll represent EU Business School across key growth markets — including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Cameroon, and more. Inspire and support students as they explore international business education opportunities with us. From visiting schools and meeting students to working with agents and speaking at education fairs, you’ll be the face of EU Business School on the ground — making meaningful connections and driving results. Our bonus system rewards high performers with up to 50% extra on top of your base salary — no cap. This isn’t just about student numbers — you’re helping young people take life-changing steps toward international success. You’ll play a key role in representing EU Business School across the SSA region — helping students and their families make informed choices about their futures. You’ll work both independently and as part of our global team to: Build strong relationships with local schools, agents, and educational partners Organize and attend student fairs, info sessions, and school visits You’re fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a strong plus, as you’ll be covering both anglophone and francophone countries. You’ve worked in a sales, recruitment, or student advisory role before — and enjoy being out in the field. We provide a permanent position based in the vibrant city of Barcelona , where you’ll join a diverse, international team that values collaboration and personal growth. Along with a competitive base salary , you’ll benefit from a generous uncapped bonus structure — with the opportunity to earn up to 50% extra based on your performance.
