Job OverviewWe are currently seeking talented individuals for the Dutch Speaking Social Media Content Moderators position in Greece, aimed at protecting digital communities and ensuring a safe online experience. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies
- Analyze reported content to identify potential policy violations, including spam, hate speech, and graphic materials
- Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while navigating complex social media industry workflows
- Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and policy shifts to provide effective moderation support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate sensitive cases and contribute to a healthier digital ecosystem
- Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency and community safety benchmarks
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece
- Strong interest in the social media industry and digital community safety
- Ability to handle sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity
- Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
