Responsibilities:

  1. Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations; hire new Sales Agents; typical team size of 10+ employees.
  2. Lead team members through example and coach them through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls and demos.
  3. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets by generating sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities, and driving to close.
  4. Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior management and agents.
  5. Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy.
  6. Facilitate business value-driven customer conversations by achieving a high level of proficiency in all solution areas through available learning resources.
  7. Engage in meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles.
  8. Empower teams to spend more time with customers and partners by removing productivity blockers and unnecessary rhythms.
  9. Learn your team’s capabilities and actively build talent pipelines.
  10. Design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trends.
  11. Work as part of a team in partnership with Quality coach and/or Readiness Managers to improve agent performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Native or proficient in French.
  2. 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
  3. 3+ years of team management experience, with a minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience in the IT industry, successfully leading teams of 8 or more.
  4. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools preferred.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coach the team to drive sales over phone, email, video, and modern demonstration tools.
  6. Superior leadership skills to enable high performers to deliver and motivate under-performers to improve.
  7. Able to identify key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture it to close, engage channel partners as needed, and manage customer relationships through success.
  8. Ability to work well in a diverse team and thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
  9. Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration.
  10. Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications; 3+ years of experience using a CRM tool (Dynamics, SalesForce, or other) is required.

Additional Information:

  1. Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Friday.
