We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Partner – GTM in Spain .In this role, you will own and scale go-to-market hiring across Sales and Marketing in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. You will partner closely with senior commercial leaders to deliver high-quality hires at speed, directly enabling revenue growth and market expansion. Operating end to end, you will shape hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience. This position combines hands‑on recruiting with data‑driven advisory, giving you real influence over team composition and performance. You will work in a collaborative People function with strong leadership support. The role offers high visibility, autonomy, and impact as the organization continues to scale.Accountabilities:Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all GTM and commercial roles, from sourcing through offer and closePartner closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and align on timelinesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and structured hiring processesUse recruiting data and metrics to monitor pipeline health, identify risks, and advise hiring managers on decisionsDrive initiatives to continuously improve hiring quality, speed, and consistency across GTM rolesImplement inclusive hiring practices to support building diverse and high‑performing commercial teamsEnsure a high‑quality, transparent candidate experience at every stage of the processRequirements:Proven experience as an in‑house, full‑lifecycle recruiter, ideally hiring commercial or GTM roles in a high‑growth environmentStrong understanding of sales and marketing hiring, including experience with structured sales methodologies or playbook‑driven teamsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadersData‑driven mindset, with confidence using recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomesDemonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring and building diverse teamsStrong organizational skills, able to manage multiple roles in parallel without compromising qualityCurious, commercially minded, and motivated to deeply understand the business context behind each hireBenefits:Competitive salary in the range of £70,000–£80,000 plus equityFlexible hybrid working model with strong collaboration across teamsGenerous annual leave package, including flexible public holidays and tenure‑based additional daysPension contributions matched up to 5 percentComprehensive health insurance and enhanced parental leaveCo‑working space stipend for team members based outside LondonBi‑annual, fully funded team retreatsHome office equipment budget and latest MacBookProfessional development budget and unlimited access to booksWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI‑powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
