🚀 Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - GTM / Sales📍 Hybrid in Madrid📄 Fixed Term Contract - 6 monthsWe’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.It's a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.This is a Hybrid role with some office time in Madrid (3 days per week).You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this Enterprise client.🌟 What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areasManage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisionsBuild trusted partnerships with hiring managersSource top talent through creative and strategic methodsDeliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experienceDrive continuous improvement in how we hireHelp build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 to 24 months🔍 What You Bring:5+ years in full-cycle recruitmentProven track record in GTM hiringConfident working independently and managing stakeholdersHands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent poolsDriven, adaptable, and outcomes-focusedBuild real Trust with our client💬 Let’s TalkThis is a fixed-term contract with the chance to extend.If this sounds like you, apply here or message me directly.
