New Business / Sales Manager – Marketing, Sports & Entertainment The Role We are looking for aNew Business / Sales Manager with experience selling marketing projects (ideally in an agency setting) who isresults-driven, proactive, and passionate about sports and entertainment . Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with brands. Handle the full sales process: prospecting, meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing. Sell marketing services: digital campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsorships, activations, events, branded content, etc. Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, production, influencers, digital) to build strong and relevant proposals. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Track the sales pipeline and achieve set targets. Analyze the market, trends, and opportunities in sports and entertainment. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles. Previous agency experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or entertainment is highly valued. Proven experience selling marketing projects (digital campaigns, influencer marketing, sponsorships, activations, events, etc.). Knowledge of and affinity with the sports and entertainment ecosystem. Proactive, autonomous, and growth-oriented mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven and comfortable working towards targets.
